Green 3 uses UPS ground for all deliveries. For this reason, Green 3 cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you need to make shipping arrangements other than UPS Ground, Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us at 920-235-1288 ext 2.
Green 3 charges a flat rate of $9.00 for all orders under $50.00. Orders over $50.00 receive free shipping.
Within 45 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item, in new condition, to Green 3 for a refund, store credit (gift certificate), or exchange. Sale merchandise may be returned for an exchange or store credit only.
Shipping fees are not refundable except in the case of incorrect or damaged merchandise. In this case, please e-mail customer service at email@example.com for assistance, or call us at 920-235-1288, ext 2.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you are making an exchange Green 3 will pay the postage to send the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you purchase delivery confirmation for your return package, to ensure your package gets to us safely.
Returns & exchanges will be processed within one week of our receipt of the items. You will receive e-mail notification when your return/exchange is complete.
There is a return & exchange form included in the box that came with your order. Please refer to it and include the form in the package with your return or exchange.
